How have interviews been conducted at your company during individual shutdowns and epidemics?
We adapted very quickly to the situation and started working in the online environment. We’ve used smaller video calls to a lesser extent before. However, in times of lockdown and epidemics, it has become the primary tool. Coronary crisis has been going on for some time, so we are constantly working on improving and introducing new tools in order to create the most favorable environment for candidates and understand their story.
Have you hired more or fewer people than before COVID-19?
As our business changes, we see the need to support new knowledge and experience. In addition to the extensive training of our employees, we also hire other people. The epidemic intensified everything further.
How has your selection procedure changed, apart from the fact that interviews must take some time
