The first chapter of Sherlock Holmes is coming to the next generation of consoles and PCs this November

PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions will arrive in a few weeks, reach Eurogamer website.

The narrator in the video reveals that players can explore the open world and accept new missions. Thanks to them, they then learn more about life in Cordona or about the childhood of Sherlock and his companion and best friend John.

An interesting element, for example, is how the investigation system allows players to collect evidence, or the fact that our actions in the game affect our friendship with Jon. In the new video, we can also take a closer look at the mechanics of observation and inference.

In Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One, you will play as a 21-year-old Sherlock, so you have to be careful with your detective work. The abilities of a young investigator are more likely to lead to misinterpretations, or worse, accusations of an innocent person.

The game’s new combat system means smarter AI, tighter controls and more realistic sound effects. The gaming experience will be more intense for the players.

The developers goal is to create a battle that will be more like a puzzle. In this context, it would be necessary to use Sherlock’s intellect or ingenuity.

Also worth noting are combat challenges, for which you earn money. You will be able to spend on new clothes or furniture in your seat. Unless you are a fan of challenging battles, you will be able to adjust the difficulty level.
