The 2021 World Hockey Championship will start in Riga on Friday. Slovakia will wait for the opening match on the first day of the tournament. Our hockey players will play Belarus at 7.15pm. The national team will be led by coach Craig Ramsey and general manager Miroslav Atan.
You will be able to watch MS 2021 on RTVS, which will also bring accompanying content. “We will show viewers all of Slovakia’s matches on the TV unit, as well as a quarter-final match, one semi-final match and a final match. Other matches are broadcast on Dvojka. The World Hockey Championship will also have a huge echo on Radio Slovakia” RTVS reported.
The first group includes, in addition to Slovakia, Russia, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Denmark, Belarus and the United Kingdom. This year we are the youngest employee in history. Defender Patrick Koch and strikers Patrick Hrehork and Pavol Regenda were not made the final list. As for the Slovaks who play in the National Hockey League abroad, the national team will not be strengthened by Adam Rocica, Andrei Sekera, Christian Jarusch or Richard Banek.
