The British Queen appeared in public with a walking stick

London, October 12 (TASR) – British Queen Elizabeth II. On Tuesday, while attending a service at Westminster Abbey in London, he used a walking stick for the first time at a major public event. AFP and DPA news organizations report on this.

The Queen (95) got out of the car with her daughter Princess Anne and put on a black walking stick, a feat the Queen has long had for this record.

Elizabeth II was last captured by walking photographers in 2004 after knee surgery. Her office did not say why she used the tool on Tuesday.

The service was held to mark the 100th anniversary of the Royal British Legion Charity. The Queen, who is her host, did not traditionally enter the temple through the main entrance, but used one of the narrow paths to her place of honor.

The Queen, who ascended the throne in February 1952, generally enjoyed good health in old age. His last known health problem in 2013 was gastroenteritis (gastritis), for which he had to stay in the hospital for a while.

The Queen’s husband, Prince Philip, officially known as Duke of Edinburgh, died on April 9 at the age of 99, shortly before the turn of the century. He was the husband of a king who ruled for the longest time in world history.
