Annabella Maginnis, 30, started her career doing nails for clients in her mother’s kitchen. It is now running one of Britain’s most successful companies worth several million euros.
The young businesswoman only needed two days of training to gain the courage to work alone. Her supportive husband Elliot said, “Anabella started with makeup at first, but enjoyed doing her nails. And I said go for it.”
Determined, Annabella started her business ten years ago. Clients went to her house for meetings, and in addition to the perfect nails, they left her mother drenched in champagne. “I distributed champagne to my clients. My husband Elliot encouraged me to open my own salon and we said why not,” Annabella describes his shy beginnings. “We wanted to create a company like no other so the customer would feel comfortable and leave feeling good.” Add.
In 2018, she said she “stopped” from her mother’s kitchen and got her business started thanks to the bright pink salon. I opened a fairy-tale salon. The unicorn beauty studio features pink or gold and feather-lined chandeliers.
Ambitious, Annabelle recently expanded her empire as her profitable business grew. She bought a warehouse of approximately 17,000 square meters – otherwise pale pink. Opinions of residents about this unusual building differ. Some people do not like the building, they call it eye pain. Others, especially Annabelle customers, are unaware of the look of this colorful accessory center. They consider it ‘Britain’s most girlish business’..
