Interview: Craig Twigg - Ironman South Africa and the journey to winning Kona

Craig Twigg, the British pro seeking Kona qualification at the first attempt, did his chances no harm in Pretoria by finishing 7th. The Racetime Team member produced a solid performance in 9:10:49.
I caught up with him to find out how the race went and what his plans for the coming year are.

Team RaceTime launches

Swallow suffers early season injury

Jodie Swallow has had her early season plans interrupted by a foot injury.

It was at first feared she had broken her foot, but scans today have revealed that it is a stress fracture of the 4th metatarsal that has been caught in its early stages.
