The exhibition Treasures of Slovakia – 100 Years of History opened on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at the Czech and Slovak National Museum and Library (NCSML) in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
The international project brings the story of Slovakia not only to the Czech and Slovak community, but also to all visitors to the museum. The story is told by 130 objects from the collection of the Slovak National Museum – Historical Museum, which bring visitors to the exhibition important historical monuments of our country, as well as Slovak art, folk culture, customs and traditions. The exhibition was prepared by the Slovak National Museum (SNM) on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Czech and Slovak National Museum and Library in the USA. The exhibition will run until March 20, 2022.
