Dan Halksworth has had an amazing start to the year - taking 2nd at Challenge Fuerteventura.
Whilst the plan was to always race the longer stuff, it wasn’t supposed to be until 2013/14 but these series of top performances have indicated to his coach Brett Sutton, that he is ready to take the next step.
Racing today at Ironman Lanzarote, Dan hopes to put in the kind of performance that his earlier results have indicated are possible. I’ve tipped him to come top 5 here.
