Liptovsky Mikulas hires a new goalkeeper reinforcement, and Tomasz Vosverda ends up on the field

The Slovak hockey club MHk 32 Liptovsky Mikulas has hired 30-year-old goalkeeper Yevgeny Ivanikova. In the new position, he will replace the Czech Tomáš Vošvrda, who agreed with the management of the Liptovs to end cooperation. So far Ivannikov has worked in Russian KHL and VHL competitions. He also participated in both competitions during the current 2021/2022 season. In 10 matches with Iževska’s jersey, he had an average of 3.08 and a success rate of 90.1%.

Vošvrda came to Liptovský Mikuláš after three years in Poprad. In the current season 2021/2022 he started in 25 games. He had a 90.0 percent success rate, averaged 3.28 goals per game, and scored twice clean sheets.

The club, which comes from Liptov, also recently signed Finnish striker Atti Karpinen. In addition to these, the Czech Petr Obdralik, the Finns Alexei Vartinin, Samili Ventila, Polyak Kamil Waliga, the Russians from Latvia Arthurs Salya, the Russians Maxim Shuvilov and Alexander Shepelev have the status of the legionnaire.
