The UK recorded 96 corona virus deaths in the last 24 hours on Tuesday, the highest in a single day since March this year, AB and Sky News reported.
They recorded 50 deaths a week ago
Last day, they recorded 46,558 new corona virus infections in the country, higher than the previous day, with 39,950 new cases and 19 deaths recorded in the UK. One week ago, they reported 36,660 new cases and 50 deaths in the country.
They last recorded a similar number of deaths in the UK on Tuesday, March 24, when they recorded 98 deaths related to Govt. In total, there are already 128,823 deaths in the country. The United Kingdom is the seventh country with the highest number of corona virus deaths worldwide.
The number of hospital admissions has risen by 38.4 per cent in the past week, with 4,500 patients being admitted to British hospitals over the past seven days.
Almost no action applies
The number of new cases increased just a day after all remaining anti-epidemic measures in the UK stopped being applied, including dress code and adherence to sections. However, experts warn that the cancellation of these measures could lead to a further increase in the number of new cases and deaths in the coming weeks.
However, Britain is doing well in vaccinating the population. According to Sky News, more than 36.2 million people are fully vaccinated.
