After the great success, came the difficult return to the longbow. Petra Vlhová enjoyed her first show in the speed disciplines this year for the Alpine Ski World Cup.

“The first training was a tap because I haven’t been on long skis for a long time. Plus, I’m still regenerating after previous slalom races,” Velhova told RTVS after Thursday’s downhill training.
She took 35th place, losing 3.51 seconds to the victorious German Kira Weddell.
“I still have training on Friday. I will try to find a perfect track, which is very important on the slopes,” continued the 26-year-old Liptacek.
After winning a small ball game in the slalom, and finishing second on Tuesday in Schladming, Austria, she enjoyed a day off.
“I could hardly live, I was insomnia and tired. All the tension subsided, which made me even more tired. I met. I trained a little and I am here, ”Flova admitted.
At Zauchensee, in addition to today’s downhill training (10.45), there will also be weekend races. On Saturday, there is a regression (10.45) in the program, and on Sunday there will be a giant slalom (11.30, broadcast by RTVS).
He will prepare for these and other races in the speed disciplines in a training group made up of several smaller ski teams.
“We are linked to other teams, and there are more of us. I don’t know exactly who is there, but I know the Czechs are there too,” Velhova told šport.sk
“We are part of an international group. With the Czech Republic, Sweden, Australia and some other small teams.”
And so Team Petra Vlhová collaborates once again with Team Ester Ledecká. In the past, this achieved both excellent results in the struggle against the forces of the Alps.
Combined training is especially important so that trainers on longer slopes can cover all sections of the route via a video camera. In addition, mutual harassment also plays a big role.
