Another new race to the calendar in 2012 – and this one is a bit different to the rest… the twist is it is raced overnight.
The organisers point out many benefits to this unique formula:
- No expensive hotel bills to worry about
- You can race overnight and still have Sunday lunch with the family
- No concerns about applying sunblock in T2 (great for a T2 PB)
It is also one of two races to offer closed roads – being as the bike course is a circuit course down a usually busy (but well lit and good road conditions) A road.
