If you’re short on time but looking for a quality work out session then look no further than this tough 45 minute set from XTERRA legend Sam Gardner.


Turbo session max power sprints

  • 10 min warm up, building intensity.
  • 12 mins of (1 min left leg only, 30 sec both legs easy, 1 min right leg only, 30 sec both legs easy….).
  • 6*10sec flat out sprint standing up (50sec rec),
  • 6*10sec flat out sprint seated (50sec rec),
  • 6*10sec flat out sprint standing up (50sec rec),
  • 5 min warm down.
