Motivate Mark from London to Paris and win a pair of Inov-8 performance shoes
Earlier this year inov-8 launched the inov-8 Challenge Series – a campaign that will see committed athletes take on some of the toughest challenges in the world. The first challenge in the series is scheduled to take place on September 5th, 2012 (subject to weather conditions) with Mark Bayliss undertaking the ultimate triathlon – the Arch to Arc, which will see him travel from London to Paris pretty much non-stop. Meet the winner, Johnny Nicol!
Beyond Going Long recently ran a competition for one lucky reader to gain free entry into one of the most hotly anticipated new triathlons on the race calendar, the Maxifuel Marlow Middle Triathlon, organised by F3 events. Held in the riverside town of Marlow, it consists of a 1.9km swim in the River Thames followed by an undulating 86km bike course through the surrounding countryside before finishing with a fast and flat 20km run course.
Johnny Nicol was the lucky winner so I caught up with him to find out how much he was looking forward to racing.
